What would change for a real clinic
The concept form does not transmit or store personal information. A live healthcare project would connect the journey to an agreed secure email, CRM or booking provider, with server-side validation, spam protection and appropriate privacy controls.
Clinical wording, fees, clinician credentials, policies, testimonials and regulatory information would also require approval from the real organisation. The names, prices and medical information in this concept are fictional examples only.
