Pay monthly or one-off?
One-off payment is usually the lower total cost and suits businesses with available budget. Pay monthly can be more comfortable for cash flow and naturally includes ongoing support from the start.

Is this website rental?
No. The monthly option spreads the build cost over 12 months. The completed website is yours once the build is paid.
Is there a deposit on pay-monthly plans?
Yes — a small deposit gets your build started. It is roughly one month's payment (£50 for One-page, £100 for Starter, £150 for Standard, from £220 for Custom) and it is taken off your total, so you still make 12 monthly payments in all. No hidden extras.
Can I leave after 12 months?
Yes. After the build finance is complete, you can continue hosting at £10 per month, add optional care, or arrange transfer if invoices are settled.
What if I stop paying during the initial term?
The signed agreement will set out the process. Normally, outstanding agreed payments remain due because the build work has already been completed or committed.
Can I pay the balance early?
This can be agreed in writing. Any early settlement amount will be shown clearly without hidden release fees.
Are domain and email costs included?
The website packages include hosting. Domain renewal and email-provider charges depend on the chosen provider and are confirmed before work begins.
