Is care required?

No. Care is always optional maintenance after launch. It is useful if you want updates, backups, edits and support handled for you, but it is not baked into the build price.

Is one-off payment cheaper than monthly?

Yes. One-off build payment is always cheaper overall. Monthly finance is available for cash flow and has a 12-month minimum.

How does payment work on upfront builds?

Upfront builds are split into two stages. You pay 50% to start the build, and the remaining 50% before handover and launch. Nothing goes live until you have seen the site and you are happy.

Do you refresh existing websites?

Yes. If your current site feels dated, slow or unclear, a refresh is often more useful than a full rebuild and usually costs less. Website refreshes start from £250 and are scoped after a free audit. If a fresh build is genuinely the better route, we will say so before any commitment.

When do I own the site?

You own the site once the build is paid.
